Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid plans on algₐ. It is built around one simple test: did you actually use what you paid for.

Eligible for a refund

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if your account shows no practice, review, checkpoint, or coach activity after the upgrade. This covers accidental purchases, duplicate charges, and changed minds before you have started using paid features.

Not eligible for a refund

If there is any recorded activity on a paid feature after the purchase — for example a practice block, checkpoint, review session, or coach request — the purchase is treated as used, and the refund request is declined. This applies even if the activity was brief or you decide later that you no longer want the plan.

How decisions are made

Refund eligibility is determined automatically from your account's usage history, not from a manual case-by-case review. We do not make exceptions for activity that already happened, so please confirm your plan before using paid features if you are unsure.

Subscriptions and renewals

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund the current billing period. The activity test above still applies to the current period's charge.

How to request a refund

Email support@algaprep.tech from your account email with your purchase date. We will confirm eligibility against your account activity and respond within a few business days.
